<li>Glass Lewis has released its 2026 Benchmark Policy Guidelines, with “noteworthy revisions” focused on mandatory arbitration provisions and pay-for-performance methodology, as well as clarifying amendments to the sections dealing with shareholder rights, majority voting for director elections, amendments to charters and bylaws, supermajority vote requirements, and shareholder proposals.</li>
